Service level agreements for marketing services
At 4CM we expect our work and performance, for marketing, P.R. or graphic design services, to be carefully monitored and measured.
As part of this process we are happy to enter into service level agreements with each client, setting agreed monthly or quarterly targets for factors ranging from response to enquiry times, activity levels, job completion times and distribution levels for press information, thus ensuring you get the results you want.
