Parker Hydraulics Group Europe: New Vice President and Marketing & Business Development Manager

Parker Hannifin, the global leader in motion and control technologies, has announced the appointment of David Bailey to Vice President, Hydraulics Group Europe. David Bailey will be based at the Parker European Headquarters in Etoy, Switzerland and report directly to Jeff Cullmann, Group President Hydraulics. During David’s 26 year Parker career, he has held numerous leadership roles at Parker.

Frank Oberle was appointed to Marketing & Business Development Manager, Hydraulics Group European Operations. He will also be based at the Parker European Headquarters in Etoy, Switzerland and will report to David Bailey, Vice President Hydraulics Group Europe. Frank Oberle has held previous roles in marketing and sales at leading industrial companies in Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
