ACO Building Drainage, the UK’s leading specialist in drainage systems and corrosion resistant building products, has introduced the ShowerDrain Walk-in solution, a two-component system consisting electro-polished stainless steel tray and high quality wooden grating, designed specifically to be fully integrated in dry zone areas of wet room floors. With the growing trend in high specification, minimalistic cutting-edge and sophisticated wet rooms, this product will appeal to the luxury bathroom market sector.
The ShowerDrain Walk-in Solution is one of the latest generation of products from ACO Building Drainage to bring simple design and function to wet rooms. The electro-polished stainless steel tray is fully concealed beneath the floor to collect excess surface water in dry zone areas of wet rooms. The durable, hardwood wooden grating fits level to the floor to provide a safe continuous flush fitting surface. There is a choice of two grating styles - roll-up grating in teak or bar grating in lapacho. Both tray and grating are available in a range of five sizes depending on requirements.
The ShowerDrain Walk-in is installed fully bonded onto concrete floors for optimum performance and will also complement tile finishes as a unique design feature.
ACO Building Drainage also offers a comprehensive range of high quality wet room products with the latest sophisticated water removal designs, including: shower channel and gully systems, shower channel illumination, glass and mineral design gratings.
